RESPECT! That is what women deserve in the sneaker community so my goal is for you to meet some of these women via my blog so you can get an understanding on how they feel. There are 3 major questions that come to mind for this topic:

If you could change one thing about how women are treated and/or perceived in the sneaker community, what would it be?

What does respect female sneakerheads mean to you?
What it means to me is broad inclusivity in sizing, equal access to releases, and prioritizing our access to women’s releases (some may think that’s discriminatory but we deserve!)
Who is one woman in the sneaker community you look up to and why?
Melissa Chanel. She made lemonade out of lemons, building on her following’s intrigue regarding how she showed the versatility of sneakers being able to be dressed up or down. She now has a bomb business that represents that all while holding down a bomb corporate job that feeds her personal dreams as well. I Stan lol.
If you could change one thing about how women are treated and/or perceived in the sneaker community, what would it be?
Stop pigeon holing women’s releases when it comes to the color ways. We like more than pinks and glitter! Lol
Hearing these words from different women in the sneaker community is so inspiring! Each lady brings a different view point and perspective. Ashley touched on a good point about what happens when it comes to the colorways give for women’s releases, we need more then just pink and glitter! I hope my blog can help give more women the voice they deserve!
