Since the original release in 2009 of the Nike Lunarglide, there have been improvements made to the now popular running shoe. The shoes major improvements were shown the most with the release of the Nike Lunarglide 4 in 2012 and since then the most recent design is the Nike Lunarglide 8. This shoe was promised to be lightweight, deliver stability, and provide exceptional cushioning. One of the most effective features that really stood out was the sole of the shoe which contains lunarlite foam that was originally developed by NASA. This shoe is not only ideal for runners but also comfortable for everyday wear; I own 3 pairs of the Nike Lunarglide 5 so I definitely recommend the shoe! To anyone who is into running I also recommend reading more about each shoe to determine which one is best for you!

I always see this shoe and think about buying it. I workout a lot and look for workout shoes all the time. Would you recommend for cross training?

Yes but I would read up on each style to see which one may be the better fit for cross training! Try the Lunarglide 7 or 8

Hey, thanks for sharing! I’m always reluctant with Nike when it comes to running shoes, always seen them as more of a fashion brand. Would you recommend them for running over adidas?x

Ahhhh I think it all depends to be honest! A lot of Nike shoes are seen being for fashion but Nike still has a lot of good shoes that definitely get the job done and this one happens to be one of my favorites

Good sneakers are important….I should probably take more time to learn about them, especially as it relates to running or working out. Do these have good ankle support? And do they have solid structure despite them being lightweight? I have flat feet that over pronate because they are so flat
